Step one
Over 300 tonnes of cutting edge material in stock.
Single and double bevel ranging from 12mm to 50mm thick.
3 Grades 240HBN 400HBN & 500HBN
This allows us to cover our customers requirements
Step two
Edges are quickly and efficiently cut to size. To allow dispatch same day. If holes are required then made ready for drilling.
Step three
Our 3 CNC machines (1000mm bed) (2000mm bed) & (30000mm bed) gives us the flexibility to cover all our edge manufacturing requirements. Each CNC can machine 500 HBN Steel with ease. Because we have no need to heat treat our steel after drilling our drilled holes are always spot allowing easy fitment and fast turnaround.
Step four
After manufacturing edges can be painted or supplied self colour.
Step five
Next day carriers across the UK & Ireland.
